Style - Simple Ripped Jeans

Hello!

Long time no style post, hey!

I absolutely love Miss Selfridge jeans. They always fit me like a dream and my newest Miss Selfridge addition, these vintage wash ripped jeans, are no exception! I find jean shopping a little bit tricky and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I have a small waist and shallow back but paired with wider hips and bottom makes jean shopping a little tricky. Jeans that fit my hips and legs are too big for my waist, jeans that would fit my waist won't go up. However, Miss Selfridge never lets me down and they always fit me perfectly in all the right places! I recently purchased these vintage wash ripped jeans to replace my favourite jeans that were getting a bit worn and tatty. I loved the look of the light demin and the addition of the rips in the knees adds something that stops them being a plain old pair of jeans.

Jeans are so versatile and can easily be dressed up or down. Today I paired my new favourite jeans with a simple capped sleeve shirt I got from Primark. I'm normally a bit hesitant about shopping in Primark because the quality is often a bit poop but these shirts are amazing, especially for £8! I've got two now and they still look as perfect as they did when I bought them, despite dogs jumping up and cat claws! I really love shirts because they make a simple outfit look a little more dressed up without really putting any effort in. Shoe wise I wore my beloved heeled cut out boots I got last year from Boohoo (I thought it was cold outside but it was actually really warm!). They're amazingly comfy and I barely even notice I'm wearing a heel. A nice pair of jeans and a simple shirt is definitely one of my favourite outfits!

The cat decided to join me for today's OOTD post, he looks a little tatty because he's 18 years old!
