Review - MoraccanOil Hair Treatment

Hello!

In the past hair oils aren't something I've really bothered with as I didn't think they'd do much to my hair apart from make it greasy! My hair isn't really dry and I use leave in conditioners and serums, which I felt was enough product for my hair. I've used a couple of different hair oil brands in the past but wasn't particularly impressed and just generally forgot to use them.

Maroccan Oil Hair Treatment

Maroccan Oil Hair Treatment

I decided to give MaroccanOil Hair Treatment* a go after receiving it in an event goodie bag. At the event I spoke to the MaroccanOil people and learnt that it wouldn't make my hair greasy as it was designed for all hair types. They explained a little about how it works and the benefits of using it which really made me want to try it out. They reduced all my fears and worries about using it and now I can't believe I took so long to try it!

I always apply it to my hair when it's wet, after brushing it but before applying any styling products. I tend to apply it all over but concentrate on the bottom third of my hair as this part has been bleached and it more prone to drying out. I use about a 20p sized blob, which is probably far too much for people with mid length or shorter hair, but my hair is stupidly long! The oil smells so, so lovely! I can't really describe the smell as I still haven't pin pointed what it reminds me of but I love it!

Once my hair is dried it looks and feels silky smooth! The oil helps to reduce frizz, smooth and hydrate my hair. The ends of my hair and quite prone to dryness, especially a few days after washing, and I haven't had this problem at all since using this product. I love it! I would even go as far to say that it's one of my must have hair products! It's a definite repurchase and worth the money. I reckon this bottle will last me a good 3-4 months!

You can by the MaroccanOil Hair Treatment here along with many other products from their range. The Oil Treatment also comes in a 'light' version for anyone who feels this might be a little too much for their hair, plus it comes in various sizes! The prices start at £13.45 for the smallest bottle (24ml).

Have you tried anything from this range?
